Capital Pride Festival 2022

Mark your calendars! DCPA is participating once again in the 2022 Capital Pride Festival on Sunday, June 12th.

We will have a booth from 12:00pm to 7:00 pm at a premium location (we will update once assigned), where we will be giving out resources, rainbow stress balls, DCPA tote bags etc. Come join in the fun! There will be food vendors, beverage gardens, and 3 stages with concerts from 12:00pm-10:00pm. 
About half a million people are reported to attend the festival so this is a great opportunity for us to connect with the community and to bring awareness to DCPA's services.  In preparation for the event, We ask that our members update their profiles on our Therapist Referral Directory by indicating whether you specialize in working with LGBTQ+ populations. Please update your profile with any other updated information, like whether you are still virtual/in office, website, take insurance, etc. We also will be updating our diversity resources and have other initiatives in the works.
