
Join Chris Parkison for this 60 minute yoga class that will focus on muscle relaxation through Pranayama (yogic breathing), poses to improve and invigorate posture, and stretching the muscles that tighten up due to everyday life and stress. This class is open and accessible to all- from first timers to advanced practitioners. Bring a mat, a towel to act as a strap and two couch pillows to act as blocks. Come join us!

Chris is Group Program Manager at VIDA Fitness’ Yards location. He is a Pilates, cycle, and group fitness instructor as well as Personal Trainer but his true passion is yoga. He is the lead trainer of VIDA’s Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, the host and creator of the DC Yoga Podcast (soundcloud.com/chrispyoga) and has taught over 2000 yoga classes since he started teaching 8 years ago.
