"These are definitely interesting times…” We’ve all heard this phrase and we’ve probably all said it. Our norms, structure, and routines have been stripped and we have been forced to create new ones.
How do we complete this task effectively and maintain consistency? How do we reframe what our productivity looks like now? Can we avoid the self-judgment, anxiety, or mood shifts that may result and seem overpowering? How do we stay connected with others or maintain healthy connections with the ones we may be quarantined with?
This free webinar aims to increase insight into our responses to productivity, grief, self-compassion, and connection during the pandemic. Let’s remember that we are in this together even though at times we may feel alone!

Leah and her husband strive to provide their two daughters with the tools to gain confidence to seek out their own adventures every day. For more information: www.leahmarone.com
