DCPA is excited to have Dr. Robyn Pashby and Dr. Jennifer Bakalar host a virtual support group for individuals who live alone and might be struggling during this pandemic as a result.  Living alone during this time creates a unique set of circumstances that are challenging in many ways.  Maintaining self-care and having a sense of community is vital during this time.  This group is being created to help those who may be feeling lonely, as a result of having to quarantine alone during this pandemic.  Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with others and know that you are not experiencing the challenges of living alone, in isolation.  Spots are limited!  Sign up today!
