Event Details:

Norman E. Rosenthal, M.D. will discuss his new book Super Mind.

This New York Times-bestselling author will show how meditation is more than a tool for destressing or for general wellness. It’s a gateway to functioning physically, emotionally, and intellectually at levels we never knew we could attain.  He’ll explain the latest research showing the many levels of the mind – including Cosmic Consciousness.

Dr. Rosenthal is know internationally as the first psychiatrist to describe and treat seasonal affective disorder (SAD) while he was a senior researcher at the National Institute of Mental Health.  Presently, he’s clinical professor of psychiatry at the Georgetown University School of Medicine.
