The workshop is intended to re-familiarize psychologists licensed in DC with the regulations that oversee the practice of psychology in the District and to introduce them to how the Board of Psychology operates and handles ethical violations.

The objectives would be as follows: 

Participants will: 

  • review select regulations
  • highlight regulations that are more frequently the object of inquiry
  • review how the Board of Psychology operates
  • review how the Board of psychology handles complaints and violations
