A study group for clinicians interested in learning more mindfulness meditation, Buddhist Psychology, and how to integrate these practices and tenets into their therapy practices. There are many levels of integration, from just using them to derive the benefits for yourself and to deepen your listening and attunement skills to using guided meditations with patients for specific clinical benefits. Although primarily a study group, we may choose to practice some experiential exercises together and discuss how to apply what we are learning to specific cases.

Free of charge. Open to DCPA Members
